Learn the Ultimate Self Defense and Fighting System

Krav Maga

What is Krav Maga? Krav Maga is not like a traditional martial art with uniforms and orchestrated movements. The basic goals of the Krav Maga system is to condition and train a student to 1) Escape Danger 2) Counter Attack 3) Neutralize and Defeat an Attacker. Simply, it’s a survival system designed to  be used against armed and unarmed attackers or multiple attackers. The system integrates techniques that can be used in more than one type of situation. You will learn how to use a few techniques which can be deployed in defense of many different type of attacks.

The ultimate goal of self defense is for you to  to go home safely to your  family. To defend you must be able to identify the danger and if needed act aggressively and in a decisive manner. The principles of Krav Maga: Don’t Get Hurt, Train from a  position of disadvantage, identify and eliminate the immediate danger, utilize the body’s natural instincts, deal with secondary dangers, counterattack as soon as possible, attack the vulnerable areas, don’t quit and flee to safety.  Incorporating these principles into a class the student will learn basic combatives; punches, elbows, hammerfist punches, kicks and knee strikes. Followed by defenses to chokes, holds and grabs and concluding with ground fighting.

Krav Maga is a battle tested system adopted by the Israeli Defense Forces. The system is also a great fitness program.
